Terms and Conditions

DREEMFX (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Client who filed a registration form at https://dreemfx.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") engage in this Customer

• The Agreement specifies the relationship between the Client and the Company, including but not limited to: the execution of orders, Client policies, payments and/or payouts, fraud prevention, claim resolution, communication, and other aspects
• Unless otherwise specified, any disputes that may arise between the Company and the Client will be resolved in accordance with the Agreement.
• The Client certifies that he or she is of legal age by signing the Agreement. In the event that the Client is a legal entity, it assures that the entity is capable of performing any actions, claims, demands, requests, etc. in relation to the Client's trading account and that no other parties are authorized to do so.
• Unless otherwise specified, all actions taken in connection with the Client's trading account are carried out in strict accordance with this Agreement.
• Because the Agreement is a distance contract, the Client has no right to ignore all or part of his or her duties under it.

Termination

DREEMFX may, at any time and without prior notice, alter or discontinue all or a portion of the Services listed under points I through (vi) subject to this Agreement.

• Refusal of Warranties

  Any and all warranties, whether explicit or implied, also without limitation any warranty of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed by DREEMFX and the Information Provider(s). Although DREEMFX or indeed any third-party Data Provider(s) will provide Services sans responsibility for accuracy, completeness, or availability, the Services are supplied "AS-IS" despite having been collected from sources considered to be reliable. By using the Services, you acknowledge that DREEMFX or any Information Provider shall not be subject to any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any mistakes and/or omissions contained in the Services (s).

• Small Liability

  Even if a party has been informed of the possibility of such damages, neither DREEMFX nor any of the third-party Service Suppliers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with this Agreement or use of or the incapability to use the Facilities, such as limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible damages

• Miscellaneous

  You understand and agree that DREEMFX maintains the ability to record all telephone conversations, internet discussions (including chat), and any meetings between you and DREEMFX in the interest of security by consenting to the Rules of Use of the Service and the software. Your interactions with DREEMFX through the Services may be used to improve the techniques and intelligent systems models employed by DREEMFX. Your usage of the Services and any personal information you supply is subject to DREEMFX's Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you acknowledge that DREEMFX retains the right to monitor your usage of the Services on the website and that DREEMFX may use the collected data for its own internal business needs.

  Information Trustworthiness and Reliability

  1. The data used to create the site's content was obtained from reputable, widely-recognized sources, reports, and/or other trustworthy sources. We do not claim that the information is complete, accurate, or reliable, and we have not validated or otherwise checked it.
  2. DREEMFX disclaims all liability for any damage of any kind that may result from the use of the website and/or the information provided therein due to errors in operation or unavailability of the website, including its various services, whether as a result of a malfunction of the Internet, the computers of Internet service providers, the DREEMFX computers, or the customers' computers
  3. The information recorded in DREEMFX's books shall have precedence in any instances of conflict and/or incompatibility between the information appearing on the website and the information recorded in DREEMFX's books. If you rely on the information on the website, DREEMFX disclaims all liability for any losses and/or damages of any kind that may arise.
• Alteration of Conditions

  DREEMFX reserves the right to make changes to the website at any time, including adding or removing services, modifying the guidelines for usage or the terms under which they may be used, as well as ending all or some of the website's activities. No protest, claim, or right of indemnification of any sort may be made by the consumer over any harm he alleges the alteration has caused him.

  Documentation and AML (Anti Money Laundering) Rules DREEMFX is committed to comply with Anti Money Laundering Rules (AML Rules) and does its best efforts to verify the identity of its client. Being a client of DREEMFX you are kindly requested to provide valid copies of a set of documents. Clients who fail to provide such valid copies within 7 days since the time of their account activations - may have their account blocked until such documents are e-mailed or faxed to our compliance department.

Agreement

You are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by using the Services. If you disagree, DREEMFX is unwilling to grant you access to the Services, and you should stop using the Services right away. You acknowledge and agree that DREEMFX may, in its sole discretion, amend this Agreement at any time and without previous notice to you. Such modifications will be published online and take effect as soon as they do. To maintain familiarity with its terms and conditions, you should examine this Agreement from time to time. Your use of the Services after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement, and your use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement as modified. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Services and notify DREEMFX in writing or by phone of your objections. Utilization of Services

You may only use these services for non-commercial, personal purposes.

It is forbidden to use, store, reproduce, display, modify, sell, publish, transmit, or distribute the Services without the prior written consent of DREEMFX and/or any third-party Information Provider(s). DREEMFX and/or any 3rd party Information Provider(s) reserve all rights to proprietary information (along with, but not limited to, a trademark, service mark, or trade dress).

You may not submit any content to DREEMFX through the Services that DREEMFX may deem to be abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful to others. You may also not upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in a manner that will impair the functionality or operation of the Services.

You must always use your own discretion while using the Services, which require skill and judgement in their usage and interpretation.

You are accountable for all verbal declarations, actions, and inactions made while using your user identifying name (also known as "User Name") and passwords. You are in charge of guarding against unauthorised use and disclosure of both your user name and password. You agree to report BRICS PRIME right once if you learn of or suspect any security breach involving any of your data kept on the DREEMFX website, including the theft or unauthorised use of your User Name, password, or other information.

DREEMFX is not encouraging any action based on the Services or the software; they have been developed for informative reasons solely, without taking into account any specific user's investment objectives, financial circumstances, or means.
